BILLING POLICIES & FEES

United Medical Centre Caboolture is a mixed billing practice. From Monday to Friday, all children 16 & under, DVA, pension & concession card holders will be bulk billed. We accept cash, cheque, Eftpos, Visa, or Mastercard. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

We kindly request that accounts are paid at time of consultation. Medicare rebates are processed at reception for your convenience.

FEES - MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Standard Consultation: $85.00 (rebate of $42.85)

Long Consultation: $125.00 (rebate of $82.90)

Extra-long Consultation: $165.00 (rebate of $122.15)

SERVICES WITH NO MEDICARE REBATE

Our friendly reception team can provide information about the fees for the following services: Overseas visitors, insurance medicals, driving licence medicals, sporting medicals, pre-employment medicals, cadet medicals, and Commercial & Dangerous Goods Licences. These services are not covered by Medicare and will be privately billed.

CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Missed Appointments:

Due to high demand, the Practice has been forced to introduce a fee for missed appointments.

If you have missed more than 1 appointment, a $30 fee will be incurred.

No further appointments can be made until this fee has been paid.

Cancellations:

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment,

A MINIMIMUM OF 2 HOURS NOTICE

is required to ensure you will not be charged the $30 fee.
